Christopher gained valuable experience of the retail property sector as a partner in Churston Heard, a leading London based advisor. He joined Oliver Liggins in 1986 and became managing partner prior to becoming a consultant in 2004. Christopher has an aptitude for identifying and actively managing the refurbishment and redevelopment of shopping centres and other retail opportunities.

Neil joined Vale Retail in 2007 to deal with the asset management of shopping centres and similar retail development and refurbishment situations throughout the UK and Germany. Neil was previously an Associate Partner in Dalgleish (now CBRE) where he worked on the leasing strategy for Westfield London scheme.

Andrew is a Non-Executive Director of Vale Retail, having joined in 2004, prior to which he was a Director of CBRE and formerly a Partner of Richard Ellis, dealing with shopping centre investment throughout the UK. Andrew is a Past President of The Cambridge University Land Society, and a manager of The Cambridge University Estate Management Development Fund.
